The Green Sauce I Put on Absolutely Everything

This fresh, tangy, and ultra-flavorful condiment is sure to be a frequent topping for your dishes!

Servings 1 Cup (about)


  • 2 Cups Fresh parsley
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic, Roughly chopped (Adjust according to your love of garlic.)
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 TBS White vinegar (Feel free to use lemon juice or red wine vinegar.)
  • 2 TBS Olive oil
  • 1 TBS Water
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grated lemon zest (Optional, but recommended.)


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or counter-top blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. If needed, add water (one teaspoon or two at a time) to achieve a smoother sauce. 

  4. Adjust seasonings, and enjoy! (This is a strongly flavored sauce, so I add about 1-2 teaspoons to my dish for an extra punch of flavor.)

  5. Store covered in the fridge.
