  • 2 TBS Instant Coffee (I used Nescafe.)
  • 2 TBS Granulated Sugar
  • 2 TBS Hot, Hot Water (I used the hottest water from my tap, and it was fine.)
  • Milk of your choice (About 1 cup of milk per serving seems to be the popular amount.)
  • Ice (If you prefer iced)

  1. Add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a bowl. Using an electric hand mixer or whisk, whip until the mixture becomes thick and frothy. (This takes about 3-4 minutes for the hand mixer or 10 minutes using a whisk.)

  2. To serve iced: Add some ice and your choice of milk into a glass or cup. (The amount of milk is to your preference. The whipped coffee is quite strong and concentrated, so use more milk to lessen the intensity.) Add a dollop of the whipped coffee mixture on top. Stir. (Read post about adjusting coffee flavor strength)

  3. To serve hot: Add a dollop of the whipped coffee to a mug of hot milk of your choice (again, more milk for a less intense coffee experience). Stir.

  4. Enjoy!
